I am a recruiter with a solid background in Psychology and experience in talent acquisition for administrative IT roles across BPO, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors. Throughout my career, I have managed the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with hiring managers and employing various strategies and tools to attract qualified candidates, including psychometric tests, competency-based interviews, role plays, assessment centers, and killer questions.With advanced English proficiency (C1), I conduct phone interviews, competency evaluations, and psychometric assessments. I have experience creating reports in applicant tracking systems (ATS: Monday, Workday, Smapick, Upick) and following up with candidates throughout the selection process, utilizing AI tools (e.g, Fireflies) to assist in streamlining workflows.I leverage recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Computrabajo, Bumerang, Empléate, and Indeed.
