As a Veterinary Supervisor, I oversee a team of 30 veterinarians, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and in compliance with company standards and SOPs. My responsibilities include managing medications and inventory, creating and coordinating schedules, and providing training and mentorship to strengthen the skills and performance of each team member.I review and approve treatments, supervise disease management in animal populations, and handle wildlife production and reproduction programs. I also perform and oversee surgical procedures of varying complexity, including cesarean sections, castrations, trauma management, fracture repairs, exodontia, and dystocia cases.In addition to clinical duties, I lead key aspects of team management such as assigning roles, implementing innovative ideas to improve workflows, and developing new projects to ensure procedures are carried out effectively. My role is focused on improving operational quality, supporting company growth, and maintaining the highest standards of animal health and welfare.
