I work in a presales team at a growing and dynamic system integrator. My task is to understand the needs of customers in order to develop an ad-hoc IT project on them that can respond to needs, highlighting possible critical issues and at the same time consider the economic aspect. To be able to draw up the best solution for the customer, i have to know the on-premise, cloud technologies and services that vendor or my company can provide; to do so, in addition to a natural curiosity for the IT world, i can count on 12 years of experience as system engineer and presales, on technologies for datacenter and endpoint solution such as microsoft, security software and hypervisors that allowed me to know and compare myself with SMB, enterprise company and banking groups.
