With extensive experience in camp management and youth ministry, I thrive in creating unforgettable Christian summer camp experiences. Leading from the heart, I oversee two distinct programs: primarily, a summer camp for students and young adults providing discipleship and advanced leadership skills, and secondly, a program that oversees college students who provide the summer camp services for youth and families. Guiding campers through wilderness expeditions and character development opportunities, I foster spiritual growth and community within these programs. My leadership extends to training and supervising a team of counselors and support staff, ensuring the safety, well-being, and fun of all campers. I am adept at coordinating multiple-state travel logistics, providing campers and staff with exciting adventures while prioritizing safety and risk management. With strong communication skills, I engage with campers, families, and community partners, facilitating global communication initiatives to connect with a diverse audience. Guiding groups of 70 or more, I create opportunities for campers to deepen their faith and relationship with God through daily devotions, Bible studies, and worship experiences.
