I lead research on governance best practices, assess government programs through a nation‑building lens, and coordinate cross‑departmental strategies aligned with the Nation’s long‑term vision. Core elements of my work include strengthening governance systems, building institutional capacity, advancing economic sovereignty, and ensuring community‑driven decision making, as I manage performance metrics, funding timelines, and reporting while cultivating strong relationships with leaders, departments, and community stakeholders.
