ABOUT NICOLAS NADEAU OUELLET
I have a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, which includes contractual disputes of all kinds, shareholder disputes, class action, and insolvency law. I\'m also frequently involved in cases with both family law and corporate dimensions. I appear on a regular basis before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Québec. As a law student, I clerked for the Honourable Justice Léo Daigle of the Superior Court of Québec, and was awarded the Fournier Demers Prize for having maintained the highest average in business law at Sherbrooke University Faculty of Law, as well as the Carswell Prize for the student having maintained the highest average in second year. My academic success in both civil and common law resulted in a place on the Dean’s Honour List of the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke and the Faculty of Law of Queen\'s University. Prior to joining Osler in 2008, I worked for the firm as a summer student and later as an articling student
