Full ownership for the management and execution of the soft and hard services for each building, responsible of a total of over sq.ft. Ensure that resource levels and utilisation are optimised and take timely actions as appropriate so that monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts are met. Monitors London sites during site visits to ensure alignment of standards in terms of daily cleaning, periodic cleaning, PPM delivery, event management and access control process. Management of key M&E monthly/quarterly deliverables for sites across London. Meet KPI targets within the portfolio set by Global Head of Operations & Asset Management. Implement, improve and maintain the Operational Excellence Model and its standards in line with company policies, processes, procedures and service standards. Closely manage and control the Divisional Opex & Capex budgets (Monthly – Quarterly and Annually) Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability. Work with Global Head of Operations and department heads to identify, plan and execute continuous improvement programmes. Ensure all works carried out whether it be planned, long term or reactive are in adherence with health and safety compliance and building regulations Support project management teams with the launch of new sites from a facilities/Ops prospective. Participate in site opening handover and defect completion before projects are signed off. Oversee all Preventative Maintenance Programs across the UK portfolio. Maintain contractors & suppliers performance of quality and cost across the UK portfolio. Review Operational procedures and maximise the efficiency of all business processes and procedures. Responsible for the planning, installation and operational support for IT. Provide operational and service delivery intelligence to the Head of Facilities Management and feed into the wider Business Development pipeline.
