Grateful for the 15 plus years in loss prevention and investigations, which helped position me for the ultimate Real Estate career and gave me the ability to have the investigative mindset while looking at investment portofolios and balance sheets, especially in the commercial sector. Grateful for my grandfather putting a hammer and nails in my hand as a kid. Today I can prety much build a home. And a good one to. Grateful for my mother for migrating to the U.S in 1992 with $3.75 in her pocket and putting herself trough college (while working full time and part time) and becoming a O.R. nurse and a buisness owner. Strongest woman that I know. Grateful to live in the greatest country in the world. Dreams never stopped happening here. Gratitude has been the name of the game for me. Along with hard work, clearly set goals and the action plans behind them.
