Support and coordinate IT Resource Management Office (RMO) functions across projects- Assist with resource planning, workforce allocation, and capacity tracking to ensure alignment with business priorities- Contribute to process improvement by documenting procedures and identifying opportunities- Collaborate with other teams to support program coordination, tool usage, and data management- Help monitor project against plans by preparing reports, tracking data, and identifying trends- Work with internal and external vendors to support program development and operational needs- Assist in developing Power Automate flows and Power Apps RMO Workbench to support resource management processes; help present Power BI reports to internals.
