At group level, I focus on the supply chain strategy deployment, develop the team network, with 40 functional report (local supply chain leader) and 2 direct, improve the skills of my community and define the supply chain standard processes for the whole activity as cosmetic, make up, pharmaceutical and API businesses. With my dedicated team, I’ve build a supply chain scorecard at group level, to bring visibility at the comex level and support the business growth. With a main result on OTIF improvement >85%, the inventory optimisation and hypercare, the S & OP process over 2B€ sales, the implementation of the Supply chain agreement with our main customer remain my main challenges. Keen to move forward, I recently launch a pilot deployment on DDMRP to experience some new opportunity to improve the service and reduce the cash impact.
