ABOUT NICOLAS FEILLENS
After 5 years in the industrial development of real-time simulation and management tools on behalf of Defense, I had the opportunity to switch to the world of retailing as a project manager. First very stimulating experience in offshore (English-French international context) and very interesting on a human level as on the technical level, for 2 years.Toulouse forces, aeronautics caught me and helped make my classes for 3 years from Airbus (again with an offshore dominant English-French) before allowing me to join Egis Avia, a company expert in the design, implementation and validation of ATM systems (Air Traffic Management).A finding all these years: management of a team is essential for me. Advancing the people who work with me or my responsibility and learn from them is fundamental. This is in my view the key to the success of all the projects in which I participated or I could take.Nevertheless, working on the establishment of an organization for projects planning, projects management and projects industrialization is also a great motivation for me.Furthermore (in addition to my professional activity), I invested in a biological production farm (family company). This project is already a success both on relational and personal sides.
