Argentine and Canadian citizen, currently working in the construction of Solar Farms and Battery projects in Canada (Based in Calgary) My current role at Neoen involves to- Team leader and coordinator ensuring project objectives are met- Control of project deliverables (Performance, Schedule, budget) thanks to the production and review of project Schedules, weekly or monthly project reports, project coordination meetings, risk analysis- Critical analysis of project implementation KPI\'s and the proposition and moderation of corrective action plans on a given critical project component (registration, quality control, critical path analysis, commissioning tests, contractors’ claims…)- Preparation/analysis of certain Project Plans, procedures, processes, templates or tools as required by the Project Management Plan during the construction or commissioning phases- Coordinate Project Managers or Competence Center managers in the development of technical annexes during the negotiation of EPC or O&M contracts- Lead Project Managers with the management of large Projects’ components (Balance of plant for a given project, SCADA, Specific Packages)- Extensive travel to different sites, meetings preparation, participation and minute taking, review of contracts for scope compliance and others.
