Since launching in 2016, we have helped 2500+ companies raise capital and deployed $3 billion in investments.As a member of the Investment Team, I manage equity & token offerings for broker-dealer issuers • Lead end-to-end execution of investment campaigns (equity + tokenized assets) • Communicate via email/weekly calls and manage onboarding, diligence, and compliance review for issuer offerings • Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing to launch and support investment campaigns • Assist with RepublicX\'s Mirror Tokens project which allows people to invest in the performance of the world\'s top private companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI, and Epic Games.
