ABOUT NICOLAS DHALLUIN

Data Expert, I have spent more than 20 years in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management and Data Analytics, mainly in industrial companies. As an all-rounder, trained to Design Thinking and Agile methodologies, I will adapt myself to your context and needs to make your projects a success. During my career, I have lead world-wide projects (up to 1.5M€ yearly budget) with an international and multi-cultural scope (up to 35 countries) and cross-domain (Marketing, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain). I took an active part to projects of global transformation of the customer experience. My role brought me to endorse responsablities such as- Elaborate the data strategy of the company with the CIO- Define and implement the roadmap for a domain with the business stakeholders- Manage functional and technical teams up to 15 people, on-site or off-site- Drive opportunity studies: Collect business requirements, define project scope, lead proof of concept and write request for proposal. My strengths- Versatile and multi-skilled: Both Functional and Technical, Strategical and Operational. I can discuss data strategy with Executive Directors as well as implement an algorithm for product recommendation with a devOps team- Data-Driven, with very strong analytical capabilities- Entrepreneur mindset: I am able to analyze a situation and proactively come-back with effective and sustainable solutions- Result-oriented: I always seek for performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
