With a dual reporting line to both Group CEO and Audit Committee, I lead the Internal Audit & Compliance activities (including ERM, Internal Audit, Internal Control and Compliance) for Parts Holding Europe Group. PHE is a strong leader in the independent distribution of spare parts for cars and trucks (B2B and B2C).(Turnover circa 2.5 B€ 2023, EBIDTA 325 M€, growth 14 %, circa 10 employees in western Europe)Complete redesign of the activities based on the 3 lines of controls with a pragmatic and win/win approach.I have the ambition to professionalize all Audit & Internal Control, Risk Management and Compliance topics in order to be able to meet the expectations of our shareholder and the Audit Committee- Internal Audit: conduct internal control verification audits but also cross-functional audits, with high added value or on targeted issues- Internal control: gaining support and mobilizing the operational teams of PHE, via a pragmatic internal control framework and self-assessment system- Compliance: Fully meeting GDPR and SAPIN 2 regulatory requirements (including Whistleblowing system management). Enabling and supervising a resilient and centralised compliance system in other compliance domains (Cyber, ESG, Safety & Security, Finance reporting, …)
