ABOUT NICOLAS CHAULAND

Graduate in Engineering & Technology (MsC) with a post graduation diploma in new product development, I have around 20 years of professional adventures, learnings, successes and failures, mainly in the automotive industry. From a large OEM to a smaller business, from a car manufacturer to a Tier 1 supplier, in France and internationally, I had the chance to bring and complete my knowledge in a wide range of activities with proven results of my job in production cars or Show cars: from styling creation to components and cars engineering design, development and manufacturing or through project management. Highly motivated and dynamic, fully involved in my work, I\'m always looking for results and improvements. On the various positions that I occupied, I’ve proved my abilities to listening, analyzing, synthesizing, communicating with others and managing complex projects while developing my technical, managerial and business knowledge. Additional experience also helped me to better get out of my comfort zone, to interact with people with different points of view and culture or in areas of expertise that were unknown to me. I heavily rely on my teams skills to meet the challenges I’m given and build strong assumptions to reach the success of my projects. I am used to working daily in English in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment within complex organizations; my interlocutors regularly emphasize the satisfaction and trust they place in my work. Also recognized as a strong asset of their organization by my managers, I always sought to bring original and relevant solutions to the challenges that were entrusted to me, but also to identify and fill the gaps which most harm business efficiency.
