Plan Finished Products of specific lines- Review and manage exception to ensure balance service, inventory and capacity- Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules- Manage urgencies with different areas to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue- Analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions- Adjust production plan based on Materials constraints, capacity lines or good production instructions- Set the production requested for others company areas- Ensure risk on finished goods are proactively identified, reviewed and mitigation action are in place or escalated in a timely manner.
