ABOUT PAUL

I work alongside founders, CEOs and leadership teams when organisations are growing, changing, or facing difficult decisions. My role is often to provide an external perspective when clarity becomes harder to find inside the organisation. That might involve facilitating leadership conversations, supporting founders as they navigate complexity, or helping teams align around strategy and behaviour. Alongside my advisory and facilitation work, I am an advisory partner at inBeta, an AI startup focused on providing organisations with deeper insight into talent, leadership capability and organisational agility. I also contribute to organisations through governance roles. I am a Non-Executive Director at Petersfield Housing Association, and a Trustee of Pompey in the Community, the charitable arm of Portsmouth Football Club. I am also a Trustee of When Life Gives You Lemons, a charity supporting first-generation women as they build their careers and leadership confidence. Over the past decade I have worked with leaders across startups, global companies and social impact organisations, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Marks & Spencer, EDF Energy, John Lewis Partnership and the London Stock Exchange Group. I am known for being calm, thoughtful and plain-speaking, and for helping leaders create the space for honest conversation when it matters most.
