After approx. 25 years of employement with multinational industrial groups, I wanted to explore new opportunities in my professional life. For this reason I have undertaken partnerships with:• groups of professionals experienced in management and business development; • civil and plant engineering and design firms;• companies involved in environmental protection and in the study and implementation of solutions for the use of alternative energy;with the goal of maximizing the synergy between their purely technical and design expertise and the experience I gained, both in project management activities and key management functions of the business organization, in order to provide a complete engineering support to customers as regards:• advice in the management of activities relating to the obligations on security, resulting from Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and subsequent amendments, both for its coordination in Temporary Shipyards and implementation of HSSE service in business realities;• consulting and design studies relating to the advices contained in the latest National and European regulations on the reduction of energy consumption: designing and building energy certification, technical and economical implementation of alternative energy (solar, photovoltaic, wind, etc.), access to subsidized credit;• consulting and management of activities related to obligations contained in the most recent legislation on emissions into the atmosphere and, in general, into the environment;• the Construction Supervision and the shipyard management;• the analysis of technical and economical feasibility as well, if required, the external management support regarding the launch of new products / processes, and the redesign of existing ones.
