Reporting to the MD, HROD and a member of the Human Resources and Organisation Development Management Team, deputising for the MDHR when required. • Leading a centralised team including HR Business Partners, HR Advisory and Employee Relations specialists. With responsibility for the strategic direction of HR Business Partnering, HR Advisory and Employee Relations expertise and people plan strategy deployment into the EBRD, working with senior leadership teams, across HQ and the Resident Office network in 36 geographic locations.
