I am passionate about ensuring Krispy Kreme continues its mission of being the world’s most loved sweet treat and to be able to offer our team the same development and career opportunities that were afforded to me.My journey with Krispy Kreme began in 2006 when I joined as a Crew Member while pursuing my university studies. Since then, I\'ve traversed through nearly every role within Krispy Kreme\'s operations, providing me with a deep understanding of our business\'s inner workings. This has afforded me the privilege of overseeing diverse departments, ranging from eCommerce to Property and full-fledged Operations. This unique experience has given me a holistic 360-degree perspective of the business landscape, all while keeping intact the memory of what it feels like to occupy various seats within the organisation. I aim to listen to our team’s personal, professional and community goals, working with them to unlock their dreams by setting goals that get them closer.
