I’m passionate about people and love working with others to get things right. I’ve worked in financial services for 15 years, in a variety of roles from customer-facing to support, and have the ability to see things from a number of different perspectives. I like to consider myself something of a Nancy Drew - there’s no mystery or problem I don’t want to get to the bottom of. I recently made a career change, and have started a role as HR Graduate at NatWest. I’m excited for the opportunity to experience a number of different placements, and to work towards the CIPD level 5 qualification.
