Wafa Field Onshore Pipelines, LibyaDesign and deploy maintenance strategy and develop most cost-effective programmes to maintain inherent safety and operational design properties for 16” oil Onshore Pipeline and 32” gas from Wafa Desert to Wafa Coastal of Western Libya Gas Project. Oversee preventive maintenance specification and spare parts based on ASME B31.4/B31.8 in aggregation with API 5L x 65/API RP 1632 for 16 Line Valve Stations, Cathodic Protection Stations and directed maintenance activities and procedures of 520 km of pipeline systems in accordance with schedule. Directed various aspects of business, including conducting the risk analysis, hazard identification and examination (HAZOP/HAZID/JSA); ensuring all permit to work (PTW) management used to improve work activities in a safe manner in accordance with API RP 1173. Created and directed cost-time resource (CTRs) and furnished weekly/monthly progress report (including concerns) for the project/department/management. Formulated lists of raw materials (BOM) to accomplish material requirements (MTO) related to the datasheets, technical bid evaluation (TBE), specifications, technical clarifications, vendor data review, and criticality rating for pipeline items based on API RP 2201/MOG-HSEQ-Q-G-272.
