Leader of the Rights Team and member of the wider Rights and Royalties department.Our team primarily manages the IP of our content through digesting complex legal documents and reflecting the acquired rights position in our Rights System. Through regular collaboration with the Content, Format, Sales and Digital teams, we enable them to exploit the All3Media catalogue to it\'s maximum potential. All3Media International has seen considerable growth in the last two years which has led to growing our team and strengthening our practices across the business. Working with our Production partners we aim to continue exploiting their valued content beyond it\'s premiere broadcast across various platforms. Collaborating with all areas of the business, we continuously aim to expand our knowledge of up and coming platforms (eg. FAST) so that our sales team can best serve their clients.Additionally, we proactively seek to protect our content on Social Media platforms through Content ID procedures.
