These include Shell, BUPA, British Telecom, UBS, Anglo American and, KPMG. With high learning agility, I have demonstrated ability to move between industries and companies, adapting at pace.Here are a few highlights:At KPMG International, I lead the change and adoption activities for a global transformation programme designed to facilitate more than employees exploiting the benefits of Gen and Agentic AI.At Anglo American, where I established the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for change management, to support 100k people across 12 countries. I led individual pillars of work to engender enterprise-wide change management capability. This included gathering customer insights, rolling out a new change management framework, building a change management learning journey, and integrating change management with key processes and systems. At UBS, where I implemented a HR behavioural change programme using agile methodology. This was focused on lifting digital capability across the enterprise, piloting a suite of digital tools for ~500 HR employees - this programme was later rolled out to all 100k UBS employees.At British Telecom, where I was a key contributor to an ambitious HR transformation programme, with the objective of building a HR function to drive BT’s health and performance. Leading a team of six, I developed a change and communication strategy and plan and implemented the programme across individual workstreams.At Shell, where, as Internal Communication Lead at Shell International Petroleum Ltd, I led the communication stream for the rollout of a new operating model and organisation design, and a global SAP program.
