I have been working in a mechanical firm of industrial facilities for 4 years (sector: Oil & gas, petrochemical, metallurgic and mechanic industrial system). In this situation I am acquiring skills about project management, quality engineering, estimating and industrial facilities. I have assumed the role of Project Manager, from first phases of project to delivery of one (estimating, negotiation, order acquiring, purchasing, budget management, relationship with suppliers and customers, manufacturing, working organization, quality and tests management). I have worked in GE Oil & Gas Florence, in first step as Project Controller for Global Service projects (for 5 years) and for over 1 year I\'m working on Productivity Team of Downstream and so Vendor Recovery for suppliers, Change orders for Customer and finally Inventory management. Today I\'m working for BHGE (GE Oil & Gas) Bari as Lead Project Manager. I\'m following job related to Fuel Gas System for Gas Turbine and Compressor.
