Responsible for all types of sales proceedings for Two Rivers Housing Association including open market lettings and sales, new builds, Shared Ownership, disposals, Right to Buys/Acquire. Following through with sales and letting progressions from initial enquiries to completion/move in. Working within mortgages, updating and changing customer details for mortgage purposes, cross selling of insurance and other products, administration throughout a mortgage process and customer service to a high professional standard. PA duties, audio typing, diary management, letter and report writing, minute taking, customer service, calls in and out bound, post and most other aspects. I am a hard-working individual and easy to get along with. I am down to earth, professional and proactive. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, baking and fitness, I spend most my time with family and friends.
