I am a Learning and Development professional with over 10 years of experience in industry. With a BSc in Psychology and a CIPD certificate in Learning and Development, I create and implement effective learning solutions for different client groups, from juniors to partners, in a large and dynamic organisation. My key skills are design and delivery, coaching and performance development. I build strong stakeholder relationships and use psychological insights to address the learning needs and challenges of business professionals.Currently, as a Senior Trainee Development Advisor at Linklaters, I manage the qualification process for trainees, ensuring they receive consistent and constructive feedback from group leaders and supervisors.
