I design high-performance, scalable, and secure API-first SaaS solutions for the energy sector within the Account Lifecycle tribe (formerly Customer Experience/CX). I drive technical strategy and architecture for user-centric features that improve customer experience, self-service portals, and multi-channel communication for energy suppliers—including product and pricing, quoting and contracting, onboarding, and customer management. I create and maintain high-level designs for distributed microservices with a focus on reliability and scalability, ensure an API-first approach with RESTful APIs for seamless integration with partner ecosystems (e.g.\\ Salesforce), and work with product owners and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements. Alongside my work with the tribe, I am heavily involved both from an architecture perspective and hands-on in a migration project for British Gas. Strong emphasis on AWS cloud-native technology, distributed and resilient system design, and coaching engineers.
