ABOUT NICOLA MORROW
Having almost 9 years experience working in the financial services industry (particularly the last 4 years experience as a Business Analyst working for one of the UK’s largest retail bank) my career has been diverse, with exposure to varying project management styles and techniques resulting in the development of key knowledge across all areas of Agile and Waterfall methodology.I am a strong advocate for adopting agile working methods as I believe this truly supports transformational change and caters to a constantly evolving environment reducing bureaucracy and providing a greater scope for delivering substantial change at less cost. My core strengths include facilitating requirements gathering by building strong and trusted relationships with my stakeholders and peers, whilst simultaneously delivering an excellent service. I pride myself that my refreshing approach to change management by adopting a customer centric point of view helps build strong user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure I always do right by our stakeholders. I possess practical decision-making skills accompanied by a keen attention to detail and the ability to co-ordinate projects in a logical and effective manner.
