With over a decade of experience in the retail and FMCG sectors, I bring a proven track record of leading high-impact product development and technical management initiatives for major brands including ALDI (via Eurofins MTS UK) and Wilko.Currently serving as Technical Manager at Eurofins MTS UK, I act as the key technical liaison between ALDI and its supplier base ensuring product quality, accelerating speed-to-shelf, and optimising the critical path for over product lines. I have been on multiple buying trips that vary across Europe and the Far East acting as an instrumental part of the sourcing strategy and NPD personnel to develop and launching new products and product improvement strategies across my categories. My achievements include launching Wilko’s first Eco Cleaning range, removing single-use plastic tableware, and saving over 1,500 tonnes of plastic annually through the plastic-free wipes initiative.
