After high school, I took a specialist course in electromagnetic compatibility.This course allowed me to improve my knowledge of product certifications, and, it introduced me into the labour market, through internships experiences in two prestigious companies.(Eurotest Laboratori, EL.MO. Spa)In 2007, I officially started my career in a producer of Burglar Alarm and Home Automation system, based in Padova.During my career, at CAME, I had the opportunity to work in different departments and increase my knowledge quickly.In fact, I started at the Production/Quality dept, then moved to the R&D/Validation dept. After five years as Technical Service Specialist, now, I’m a Residential Service & Technical Analysis Manager.I’m in charge to lead the team of Technical Service for all foreign subsidiaries and dealers, and I lead the Technical Analysis Team for returned goods.
