I have more than 20 years of legal and tax experience advising clients, ranging from early-stage to established private and public companies, on domestic and international matters. I excel in providing clients with practical and creative tax solutions, including tax advice relating to domestic and cross-border structuring, M&A, capital raising and deployment strategies, the drafting and interpretation of partnership and LLC operating agreements, and tax credit transactions.I also regularly represent clients in tax matters relating to licensing and other intellectual property transactions, international joint ventures and operations, and the development and financing of projects in the renewable energy sector. I work on matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax authorities, including ruling requests. In addition, I work with international companies to help them with “soft landings” when they are first setting up operations in, or re-domesticating to, the United States.
