I’m an experienced commercial professional with a background in client account management, passionate about using insights and performance data to improve the customer journey.At ASCO, my current role covers a mix of project management, market insight, and account management. I’m also responsible for the upgrade and management of our CRM tool. Most of my career has been spent working directly with clients, acting as the main link between ASCO and my selected accounts and managing the full commercial relationship — from ongoing service delivery and negotiations to growth opportunities and contract renewals. Alongside my role, I chair ASCO’s internal Armed Forces committee and co-chair OEUK’s Industry Armed Forces Forum (IAFF) supporting the Armed Forces community and promoting the value of transferable skills and experience the group can bring to the energy industry.
