I am a 5 year PQE Associate Property Litigation Solicitor at Stephens Scown. I have a Master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law (Distinction).I advise on a range of contentious property issues including commercial, residential and agricultural landlord and tenant, land ownership and property disputes including boundary disputes, neighbour disputes and adverse possession, debt recovery and property related professional negligence claims. I am a Director of Homemaker Southwest a Director of Devon and Somerset Law Society and Vice Chair of DASLS Family, Criminal and Dispute Resolution Sub-Committee.I am a member of the Property Litigation Association and a member of the JLPA in the South West and Wales. I am passionate about disability and inclusion, contributing to the Law Society\'s Legally Disabled? research.
