ABOUT NICOLA GRIFFITH
I have had the privilege of being Assistant Vice Principal SENDCo at a start-up school in Manchester for the last 3 years. A pioneering SLT member, it has been an enjoyable challenge. I have had experience as DSL, PP lead, LAC lead and Pastoral Lead whilst working as part of a very small leadership team. I have worked as SENDCo at a large, diverse secondary in Rochdale, overseeing provision within the school and an alternative AP.With 12 years experience as a SENDCo, I have a passion for inclusion, both inside the classroom and outside it.
