ABOUT NICOLA GREENOCK

Hi, I’m Nic, a change and transformation specialist with a strong track record in shaping people experiences that land well, stick, and make a real difference.I’ve worked on large-scale HR transformation programmes (particularly with Workday), supporting colleagues through some of the most important moments in the employee lifecycle – from joining the organisation to growing in their roles and getting the support they need to thrive.I’ve led change strategy, coached agile teams and worked hands-on in product delivery, often flexing across disciplines to bridge the gap between people, process and technology. I’m big on clarity, collaboration, and embedding change properly – not just launching it and moving on.In my career, I\'ve built up broad experience across L&D, internal comms, change, coaching, employee engagement and business analysis. That mix helps me spot the real problems (and opportunities) behind the ask and create solutions that work for humans, not just systems.How I work:• I bring clarity to complex problems and make change feel manageable, even when it’s not easy• I adapt to what’s needed, whether that’s leading, supporting, coaching or rolling up my sleeves• I always think about the colleague or user first.
