Skilled with 3D Cad design software and simulation/analysis packages, I am technically responsible for delivering the pneumatic valvetrain system into the F1 engine, carrying out activities from concept, calculation, detailed design through prove out, to race introduction, working closely with other departments to ensure right first time in tight timeline High level of Knowledge in design of- high speed mechanism for valve actuation - valvetrain dynamic analysis, valve lift design and camshafts timing- torsional dampers design and torsional vibration analysis- pneumatic spring, sealings, pressure regulators and pneumatic devices- oil jet, oil flow control valves- lightweight camshafts and valves - high loaded and high speed moving parts
