I am currently leading a multi-organisational project at NHS England on the development of a national proxy service to enable more people to benefit from the convenience of NHS digital health products and services. My core responsibilities include- Developing and communicating the product vision and strategy to my teams and stakeholders- Developing and managing the product roadmap and backlog- Embedding consistent agile methodologies across teams- Ensuring teams are working in a user-centred way and to the standard of the NHS service manual- Recruiting and performance managing permanent staff and contractors- Developing and managing the communities of practice including product and user-centred design- Developing a performance framework to measure KPIs and support the business case using a range of analytics methods and tools- Providing coaching and mentoring to team members
