ABOUT NICOLA FESTA

In my company since 1991, I have had experiences in several areas. I started in Personnel Administration and Time Managent. The for almost 10 years in our IT Dept as project Manager of SAP R3 ( PA, TM, LO-VC, SD, CS ). I have been the Project Leader of the initital implementation of all the SAP CRM suite ( sales, service and internet sales ). From 2013 I am Sales Administration manager. In this role I am responsible for New Machinery, Customer Service and Second Hand orders both from administrative than technical data. Depending directly from our CSO or, now, CFO. I support them for sales forecast and margin management (in closing deal phase). My company start to follow LSS methodology and I get the Green Belt and Black Belt Certificate with interesting and cross-area projects. This path give me the attitude of problem solving, goal oriented, autonomy, continuous improvement, side & cross thinking, adaptation to the changes. I have manage several projects for other company of my Group in Brazil, US, China and Italy. Specializations : SAP R3-CRM, processes and customizing in several areas, project management, order management, sales administration, contract management, margin control and analysis, sales forecast, Sharepoint, fluent english, cross functional process, continuous imporovement.
