ABOUT NICOLA FAULKNER
After 26 years with West Midlands Ambulance Service, where I served as both a paramedic and an Operations Manager, I transitioned from the emergency services to join the Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance as a Paramedic Team Leader. I have embraced the challenges of working in primary care and am excited to have been given the opportunity to further advance my career. I am now stepping into the role of Deputy Head of Clinical Patient Services while continuing as Paramedic Team Lead. I look forward to the challenges ahead and to expanding my knowledge and skills within the primary care sector.
