She has also worked in the NGO, development and grant-making sectors and has broad expertise in programme strategy, stakeholder engagement, community investment, ethical trade, research and assurance.Prior to consulting, Nicola gained four years of combined in-house sustainability project management and financial experience in the UK and Australia. She has experience working in numerous countries and an established record of success in liaising with NGOs, external agencies, government departments and internal stakeholders.
