With almost two decades of experience in human resources, I\'m currently working as an Organisational Development Business Partner at calfordseaden, a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering professional building and construction services. I lead on people development, early careers and wellbeing. Prior to this, I spent almost 20 years in HR/OD in the Social Housing sector. Whilst at Moat, I designed, developed and delivered an award winning Apprentice scheme, supported managers of all levels with pragmatic solutions to people development and employee relations issues and delivered coaching and training to a range of colleagues
