Currently leading our team acting on behalf 3 adult survivors of the attack at Southport in the Southport Inquiry and on behalf of bereaved families in the Public Inquiry into the response to COVID-19. Prior to that I led our team in the Public Inquiry into terror attack at the Manchester Arena and before that, the Inquests into the deaths arising from the Birmingham Pub Bombings. From 2013 to 2016 I led the pathology team on behalf of families in the Hillsborough Disaster Inquests.
