Designated KC-46 Test Pilot, responsible to conduct testing the Pilot WST/Simulator devices for hardware, software and visual upgrades, including supporting certification activities. Responsible for leading efforts during build, modification, checkout, certification, and recertification efforts. Working with engineers to conduct ATPs and On-Site Company Evaluation Testing (OCEVT), Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) and SIM CERT with Airforce DET2.The Test Pilot will also validate that the performance and handling qualities agree, within the prescribe limits, with those of the KC-46 aircraft and that all applicable requirements have been met for every device. Testing new aircraft systems upgrades, develop procedures, train other pilots, and ensure operational readiness by creating realistic scenarios, evaluating performance, providing engineering feedback, and verifying compliance with safety/regulatory standards.
