My current role is within the Tesco External Reporting and Controls team as a Finance Manager. Prior to this move I worked for Hotel Chocolat as their Finance Manager - Group Reporting. During this time I project managed the acquisition accounting following the Mars purchase. I managed the consolidation, specialised in the statutory accounts compilation and led the technical accounting group.Prior to this I worked for Abcam as their Finance Manager for Shared Services. This was a secondment from my role as Group Financial Accountant. Prior to my Group role, I transferred from the entity accounting team in October 2020. I joined Abcam in 2017 and have completed several projects including acquisition integration and systems implementation. Previously I was a manager in the Deloitte Private Markets team having qualified in 2015 (ACCA). I had 6 years big-four experience across a range of sectors including Tech, Retail and Pharma.
