ABOUT NICOLA BACCHETTA

I plan and develop commercial and marketing strategies to grow the business of our company and of our commercial partners. I involve employees, customers and suppliers to identify new opportunities together.I am convinced that at the base of every working relationship a great trust is necessary towards all the people involved and I think of the company as a rugby team, where \"the first lines advance only involving the second and third, which means that the group reaches the result only if its individual parts cooperate within it, protecting in some way the avant-garde that will never alone sustain the weight of the impact with the adversary \".Over the years I have consolidated an important experience in the world of industrial assembly, specifically in manual or automatic screwdriving applications, competence that allows me to face the markets in which our company operates and to respond to the specific requests of our partners.My activity is mainly focused on- Define and implement commercial and marketing policies, including sales objectives and focusing on price, product, service, distribution and communication issues- Organize and coordinate the direct and indirect sales network, expecially in Italy, France, Spain and worlwide- Analyse and monitor the activities of our competitors as a starting point for improvement- Create business partnerships with competing or complementary companies- Actively support our partners to improve business opportunities together.I know it is essential to stay in touch with the \"real world\" of our business.
