ABOUT NICOLA ACKROYD

I have worked in recruitment for the last 15 years, and have experience in sales, recruiting, interviewing, and negotiating. I originally joined Ambitions in 2009 as an Administrator and progressed through the company over the years from Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Branch Manager. In 2018, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to relocate to Dubai, where I continued my passion for recruitment and worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a Specialist Marketing agency, developing their Support Services desk. One year later in 2019, I returned home and I was pleased to return to Ambitions Personnel, working back with my colleagues, feeling like I had never left! I am now working as the Branch Manager for our Grantham office. I enjoy working with a great team, meeting new clients, following up on business opportunities, and developing relationships with our existing clients.
