As a co-founder and managing partner at Muett SRL, I oversee business strategy, operations, and process optimization within a fully e-commerce-driven company. My role involves continuously improving efficiency, minimizing errors, and integrating technology to streamline workflows.A key aspect of my responsibilities includes the implementation and optimization of ERP systems. In 2018, we adopted ERPNext to centralize sales, inventory, procurement, and production management. In 2023, we migrated to a customized ERPNext-based solution provided by Diamo, refining workflows and aligning operations with new system capabilities. The ERP integrates with Mercado Libre and WooCommerce, allowing for automated inventory management and sales tracking across platforms.Another critical focus is pricing and cost analysis, where I developed a dynamic pricing model to adjust product prices in real time, incorporating taxes, logistics, raw material costs, and commercial expenses. This system ensures stable margins despite market fluctuations and allows for the efficient management of wholesale and retail pricing strategies.In the e-commerce and digital transformation space, I have led the migration from Prestashop to WooCommerce, improving flexibility and cost efficiency. The decision was based on a comprehensive evaluation of multiple platforms, including Shopify, Tienda Nube, and Magento, with WooCommerce proving to be the best fit for our business scale. Additionally, I actively participate in UX improvements, focusing on checkout processes, pricing visibility, and customer journey optimization to enhance conversion rates.Product development is also a core part of my role, where I work on refining design concepts, ensuring manufacturability, and optimizing material selection. Our focus on direct-to-consumer sales allows us to maintain high design standards while keeping costs competitive through efficient production planning and supplier coordination.
