I lead the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and handover. Responsibilities include:•Full project management across multi-disciplinary works: groundworks, installations, electrics, CCTV, landscaping, and planning.•Contractor management, including tendering, negotiations, and contract administration.•Developing and managing scopes of work to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards.•Budget control, payments, invoicing, and financial oversight.•Project sign-off and ongoing maintenance coordination.
